Coordinator Role
- Represent Division/Department on WSC Implementation Team
- Provide information on how organization uses computers
- Understand WSC plans and ensure Division/Department needs are considered
- Provide feedback from organization during implementation process
- Represent WSC Initiative to Division/Department
- Keep organization management informed of progress, plans and issues
- Communicate to organization staff information they need about WSC
- Be a champion of the initiative within the organization
